Please bring ID and a credit or debit card to pick up your bike/s. These are used to confirm your identity and to authorise a security deposit for each bike.

Bikes come equipped with a pair of flat pedals, Shimano SPD & Crank Brothers clip-in pedals are available for hire(BYO shoes)

Each rider must collect their own bike by showing ID, signing a waiver and paying a security deposit. This is for safety and insurance purposes.

Yes we do. A security deposit paid via credit card or debit card pre-authorisation is required to hire our equipment and is payable upon in-store collection.  The security amounts are- $1000 for dual suspension e-bikes. $500 for dual suspension mtb’s. $200 for Shockwiz and Evoc Bike Bags.

Fair wear and tear from mountain biking is fine, our bikes are frame wrapped to reduce cosmetic damage during hires. We maintain our fleet to a high standard to help reduce any potential break-downs on the trail. If you're unfortunate enough to damage a bike to the level of needing repair and/or de-values the bike then you will be liable for the expenses. If  we need to complete a repair the charges incurred are the regular cost of any parts plus a nominal labour fee to cover the wage of the mechanic doing the repair. Whilst the hire bike is out of action the loss of revenue is absorbed by us.

Our max online hire booking window is 7 days. Extended hires can be booked via email arrangement.

Riders must be self-sufficient during their hire. A minimum rescue fee of $50 applies.

Be upfront. Racing on our hire bikes is by arrangement only and may incur additional service fees.

Delivery is offered via email arrangement. Most riders leave from our Shop which is an easy 10min ride to Tewantin National Park and our favourite zone of tropical single track. Wooroi Trails. You can also easily ride to the greater Noosa Biosphere trail network.

Yes you can hire to ride elsewhere. Our bikes must be safely and securely transported in a weight rated bike rack, tailgate pad or secured within your vehicle. Damage caused from transportation will result in charges against your security bond.
