2024 Fox Superflow Queensland
BUILDING THE FOUNDATIONS FOR JUNIOR MTB ATHLETES
The Spoke N Trail (SNT) Gravity Enduro Race Program powered by Mountain Bike Coaching Australia (MBCA) focusses on developing junior MTB athletes (11-18 years old) mountain bike skills and racecraft.
Developed in line with AusCycling and the Australian Strength & Conditioning Association's 'Long Term Athlete Development' models, this program sets strong foundations for junior MTB athletes as they start their careers in the sport.
The Race Program runs for 8 months (February - September) following the Rocky Trail Entertainment Fox Superflow and QLD Gravity Enduro Series. The program is designed to help young MTB athletes reach their full athletic potential and prepare them for the Gravity Enduro State Titles in September 2024.
WEEKLY TRAINING
Weekly 90 minute training session (excluding school holidays):
- Junior Development Squad - Thursday from 6:00am - 7:30am
RACE SUPPORT
SNT / MBCA coaches provide race support at all rounds of the Fox Superflow race series (on Sunday Race Day) for members of the Race Team.

How do I Apply?
1)- Complete the form below to register your interest.
2)- We'll email out the 2024 Program Overview, rider information form and waiver.
3)- Read thru the program overview with you family, complete the form and sign the waiver.
4)- Attend the team trial at Tewantin NP.
5)- Confirm you acceptance of a team position.
6)- Pay the monthly subscription.
